Celtic Insurance Products

Celtic offers PPO and Indemnity plans, as well as short-term insurance, and a plan designed for college graduates.

Celtic Basic is a PPO plan with 80/20 co-insurance and a range of deductible choices from $1,500 to $5,000. The plan includes two $30 co-pay office visits annually. After twelve months members become eligible for a $200 wellness benefit. The plan also includes optional prescription drug benefits.

CeltiCare II is a comprehensive major medical plan that provides deductible choices from $500 to $5,000, and a choice of 80/20 or 100% co-insurance. Within this fundamental plan structure, consumers can choose between three different plans offering a varying degree of network-provider requirements. CeltiCare II includes a prescription drug option, and non-smokers can obtain more favorable rates on application.

The CelticSaver HSA plan includes a high-deducible plan ($1,500 to $5,000 for individuals and $3,000 to $10,000 for families) as well as a choice between 80/20 or 100% co-insurance. As with the CeltiCare II plan, consumers can choose between PPO network-based care and a network-free Indemnity plan.

For college graduates and others who require short term health insurance, Celtic offers a short term plan with coverage ranging from one to twelve months, with deductibles between $500 and $2,500.
